filtration?

You do realize that for a 1200 gallon poly you will be cutting out a doorway right? Jumping from wanting a 220 gallon pond to a 1200 gallon pond in one day makes people think that you are askin this question without first putting any thought into it. It makes people less willing to help.;)

Back to your question, barrel filters are cheap, and very effective if designed correctly. If you want a 1200 gallon pond, then I suggest cinderblock or timber, not poly. Best of luck!:D

2 or 3 aros. a species of gar dont know what would be best but 2. clown knife 1. 2 oscars. 2 mono pbass.

i lied it will be a hard plastic (poly) 1165 gal.

If you do go with this stocklist, go with 3 aros and 3 monos. I would also get rid of either the cl or the oscars...

ok how would it be best for timber or cinder block like how make and yea i would get rid of clown knife.

Its nice to meet someone so close to where I live. I am in Hiawatha about 100 miles away from KC. Rock chalk! (now only if the Chiefs could do better than 4-12):irked:

I would do a timber or cinderblock pond because it would be much easier, and cheaper, to build it to the size that you dream of (1000 gallons). You would have to cut a hole in the wall to get a 1000 gallon rubbermaid in the house, with cinderblocks or timbers, it would be easier to get inside the house. Have you thought about a kiddie pool (maybe with a liner inside of it)?
