fin missing!!!!

Hi all,
i have just picked up a new TSN and when having a close look i could see that he is missing a fin! (i dont know the name of the fin - shame on me!!!) its not the gill fin, its the next one !!!!

my question is, will it grow back?

this is not like it has a nipped fin, the hole thing is missing all i can see is a stump by his belly!!!!!

It will grow back if you buy a conditioner with a slime coat in it such as aloe.
