Fin rot getting the best of my mono!

Lil update on my big guy with fin rot! & a group pic with my longnose gar.and other p bass. The big guy is about 70% with his color hes pretty active now im exspecting him to start eating in a week maybe 2. The fin rot stopped completely 3 days ago so hes basicly growing fins back rite now.

Those Plantus plasticus are available at Michael's hobby stores. I use the exact same ones. Will need to attach them to a rock or something with aquarium epoxy, but they have been hassle free. I pre-soaked mine in a few buckets and changed the water a few times to make sure they wouldn't leech anything out into the tank. Update doing great hasnt missed a meal since i last posted. Also they will b transferred to a 400 gallon next Saturday! First second and third pic is the one who had the worse of the fin rot i do apologize for the tint of the water as i am still using melafix i worl at a petstore so i have the big professional grade melafix bottle treats 18,900 gallons enjoy the update.
