Sideways swimming with no control. Is this because his fins are damaged or something to do with his swim bladder?

Now he is laying on the substrate upside down. He has no control of his swimming. Is he dying?

Sorry to say but if the fish hasn't regained any ability to swim or atleast get up right I would put it out of its misery. No need to let it suffer if the meds aren't working.

His fin rot was nearly gone but his fins and immune system were weak. Callamanus!!!! *shakes fist at sky*
