Fin rot won't go away

My glass fish got fin rot. It's not too bad right now, but it won't go away. I've been treating with maracin 2. What should I do?

Check the pH, if it is to high for your fish the fins rot.
If not treat with a combination of both Maracin and Maracin 2, or TMP Sulfa

What are the water parameters of the tank? PH? DH? Ammonia? Nitrate? Nitrite? Glass fish are sensitive! When is the last time you did a water change? If the immunity of the fish has been compromised by stress from low water quality or poor diet, medications won't help. They are just a band-aide!

Well I'll need to get the water parameters but it's a 20 gallon and I did a SUPER thourough water exchange last week.
