It looks like bacterial fin rot. Stress and poor water quality usually the culprits. Easily treatable though (e.g., Melafix or APIs Fungus cure [which takes care of bacterial fin rot as well]). Probably better to move it to a hospital tank, especially if you use the API medication because it turns the water green.
Thing is, is my water quality is pretty good, not perfect, but good. I think it's stress cause him and his girl breed in a community once a month or so. I'll treat him tomorrow thanks!
Yeah, I've had one or two fish get bacterial fin rot even while others in the tank looked great. Stress weakens immune systems. All you can do is treat the problem and then see if you can reduce whatever might be causing the stress as best you can.
