Final Fish tank design

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I hate it when people keep crap on top of their tank like that. Looks tacky. Aside from that, nice wood.

Just got a 4ft sump in the tank.

My gf got my the arrowana statues so i'm kinda forced to put it on the top of the tank. Got no space to put the food anywhere since the sump takes all the space below.

6x2x2 - the jardini has become a bit of a anal and started biting the cigar sharks :( Im setting up a new 5ft tank so im gonna migrate them once the water is all good.

I have stuff on top of my tank too. Two reasons for this is, it saves space and easier to get the food and just open it and feed the fish. Secondly I don't have show tanks, so idc.

where's the substrate??:(

lol...

Pfft, alot of people don't keep substrate and go bare-bottom. It's alot easier to clean especially with huge fish.

hahaha you wouldn't believe the amount of problems i had with sand before - monster fishes are hard. I do a water change once a week as well as changing the wool.

No gravel must make it much easier to clean. I love the giant goruami, I was looking for one but they don't have any in my area. How big do they get?

i realize the 1" per gallon rule but maybe with the amount of fish and waste you claim it's time for a bigger tank :P

not trying to start anything btw... just saying no substrate is horrible looking... have you thought about tile? i have seen some nice looking tile bottoms can't remember his name but there is a guy on this site with huge monsters and he has tile bottom... looks very nice!!

also other that substrate nice tank and fish they all look healthy!!
