I want to keep my
Rainbow pair
Vieja synspila
Spotted cory school
Columbian tetra school
Lemon Cichlid(neolamprologus lelupi)


Do you all think this this can work.
I also want to plant it.

No, a synspillum can get up to 18 inches! It would be very very squished in a 55.

synaspilla get WAY to big for a55, vieja hetrospilla sty small enuff,fairly mello for a CA.I dont know about the lemon cichlid ,but everything else could work

cant do rams with the africn cichlid(lemon)BUTthe rainbows and rams MIGHT work

how many synispilums have you grown or seen over maybe 13-14" let alone 18". however a syn does get too big for a 55. i think everything but the syn would be nice for a 55

I hope it works for me. I really need a bigger tank but my money is funny right now. So I'll settle for my 55 now

I would think that your synipsilum would attempt to eat your cories before you grew him out to 6''. I had cories with a much smaller african cichlid and they tried to eat them before they were even 5''.
