I had one last year, but the Wifey made me rehome sadly, she and it just never saw eye to eye.

They don't move much. They pretty much sit in one spot all day. Make sure you know what you are doing before getting this type of animal. For over 12 years I have researched and kept reptiles and fish and finally now just got one. As long as you can provide a large enough enclosure for once he is adult, and arn't afraid to wrestle it out of its cage for cleaning and measuring, then go ahead.

They are not for the semi dedicated keeper. They do not do much 90% of the time, esp in bigger enclosures(my den) & you wont see them. But I wouldnt trade my girl for the world.
