LOOKS GREAT

turn on every light fixture in your apt. put them near the tank and then try it without the flash. Try turning your car lights on too!!! but seriously the more lights you've got on the tank the faster the camera will take the picture. Which would mean less blur. Heck don't worry about the fish blurrin'! we want to see the whole tank anyways. Try changing the ISO to 400 or faster ie. 1000 speed.

HTH

For clearer pics with no flash you'll have to add more light or raise the ISO speed, be warned tho, with higher ISO speeds there will be more "noise" in the photo. For most moderate movement any picture taken at 1/60 of a second will come out clear and still. The camera should have a manual mode where you can set the ISO and the shutter speed. Set the camera to 1/60 of a second and ISO 400, or 800 if it allows and take a picture. If it comes out blurry add more light and continue. good luck, and very nice set up!

nice tank man!!! i just wish i had a place to put one

Came out real nice! I'm sure your fish are loving the space.

Did you use a Durso stand pipe for your sump drain?

I did mine similar to the Durso, but just a hair different. Same concept, though.
