I did 24+ crickets on Tuesday night in my 125g and they loved 'em. 1st time I gave this group of fish crickets, so they didn't SMASH them like my old group did, but i'm sure they will

I would if i could breed them indoors, but my garage gets extremely hot and my mum is against creepy crawlies in the house. (she doesn't know i have worms in my room).
I can get crickets fairly cheap, so i may get some every now and again.
The little salvini is still a bit wary but is coming out more this morning

I would go for small ones at this point. Neither fish is past 2" yet
Awesome. Salvini have a strong possibility of being my next fish.
Little sucker of a salvini is now shredding the fins of the danios, i wonder if it is because they are the long fin variety, since he has also shredded the betta a little but has left the platies alone for the most part.
I also had to confine the butterfly fish to a net since i strongly suspect he ate another danio, a live one this time. He will stay in there until i find another place for the danios to live

Hendre, get that betta out of there. The betta won't back down from a fight and the salvini will make small work of him.
