Well finally got my stand fabricated and grabbed the tank from the shop to the house so excited just need to set up all the plumbing...

Filtration:
2x fx5 through dual 1.5 bulkheads
4foot hob full of pothos(still on drawing board)

Lighting:
Home Depot t5ho ballast

Still need glass tops or canopy. I haven't decided, also the tank does not have center bracing. Any ideas on what to brace it with?
Acrylic, angle iron(plastidiped) or leave it open.

the plastic trim going around the tank? does it connect to one another? I have seen this done before. it can work depending on how its done. normally they use metal and a build the frame on the outside but plastic has been used recently also.

if the tank was up and running before I would leave it if not, order some glass to size and do euro or normal bracing. you MAY also be able to find plastic center braces they clip onto the tank I use them and they work great cheap and easy + if u ever need to get big chunks of wood in you can drain the tank 50% and take them off but they are hard to find.
