if your are really into jags like us, we have a pair we have had since they were 1/2 inch long and they are now about 4" and they are proud parents to hundreds of bubs, no special care except remove any pleco as they eat the eggs, and bobs your uncle you have as many as you can handle. they really are a magnificent fish and we would not be without. Ours even laid in their comunity tank, this was although after they bailed everyone into the corner and made them stay there. I will try to add pics of the bubs as they bring them out on show, they are small and pretty well hidden at the mo but they should get there.
