For nitrates I aim for 10 ppm, but my plants suck up nitrates really fast. In one day I can go from 10ppm to 0. pH ranges during the day from 6.8 down to 6.2, KH is 4-5 dKH, 8dGH, temp is 84.5-85dF. Water changes are done once a week at 50-60%.

He's not that badly stunted but he is, I had one similar and did 50% wc everyotherday and fed 4 times a day and he bounced back well, I'm sure you know this, would like to see a pic of the whole tank as I'm currently growing out some juvies for my planted tank also.

Should have got some direct from the breeder when you had the chance. That one has had a period of less than expert care in it's history.
I'll have some more available later this year. Sold all of the earlier spawns.

Raising a few thousand discus has taught me that much.
Began breeding and sellling discus wholesale in 1969.
