thanks goes to synodontisjack for directing me to info on breeding

i was down to 2 crays and they just happened to be a male/female

the female killed the male yesterday :(

but i got babies :)

excuse the tank...its just an old acrylic tank i had lying around and wanted to try breeding crays

Real nice I had the NY upstate blue immunis years ago but they never had babies . Mated but no babies ever.

I did not know any were even bred in captivity other than the dwarf types . Nice color yours has.

thanks everyone

i bought these crays from the market where they were being sold as food...they had a hard life, but hopefully i can give the babies a good home and keep them breeding as a food source for my fahaka
