No pics due to their sensitivity to light and the camera flash would bother them. The local High School had their stadium lights on and even from over three miles away they kept turning to them instead of the water.
Yes, we got to handle them but only as little as necessary. We got to take them out of the cooler and got to turn them around if they started going the wrong way. The little buggers were so cute actually. My daughter wanted to take one home so bad. She is used to daddy catching all kinds of snakes, turtles, frogs, etc and bringing home to play with so she couldnt figure out why we couldnt take one of these.
