I was suprised he didn't beat himself up a little in transit. this is the only big fish I have yet to bring home that I didn't hear bang himself against the tub. or try to get out. Very calm the whole time

yeah, I don't know if all Dats are like that but my 11" that I bought from someone locally was also very calm while I had it in my car.

Very nice pick up btw! I don't think I could ever find a Dat that huge at a LFS here.

Man I feed the tank like mad. Two big handfulls everyother day. It's nuts. the marble and RTCxTSN just gobble the stuff up. but I'm going to start feeding lots more real soon now that I've got this dat and 2 Pbass comming thrusday.

Yeah I got him from KCs BUT it's not the one from the tank downstairs. It was one from a buddy of his that got out of the hobby. I went there and was looking at his and I commented about how he needs to sell it to me. and he told me of his friend that was getting out of the hobby and had one. So I told him to take my number get ahold of him and see what he wanted for him. A few days later he calls and tells me what he needs out of it and I tell him I'll be there in a few days. the rest is history.

So yes it came from KCs but no it's not the same one you saw. this one is acctually a little bigger.

I'm looking into either a new light setup or a UV for the tank. that's what the green is. I have a pump to run the UV but I don't have the UV. so I need to start looking.

I got him from KCs aquaworld in galion. they have good stuff but he doesn't like to seel the really good stuff.

and yeah I got two more Pbass today I'll have pics late tonight or tomorrow.
