i know lol, when i first got it next to the 33, I was like Oh. My. God... could get like 4 of the old into the new And yes I know I need more fish, stocking slowly. I reckon I'm going to go for an ornate bichir & delhezi bichir, leave the tiger barbs out. Still get the golden nugget. I need some mid-swimmers though. Don't want silver dollars, silver sharks or tin foils as there won't be enough room... any ideas?

I have the 5 inch Oscar and 5 inch bristlenose... tomorrow I have a Syno species going in. Getting a Golden Nugget Plec, Ornate Bichir and probably a group of 6 tigerbarbs.

What you guys, gals and fish pals think? Be gentle

My only comment is that the Oscar will eat the tiger barbs eventually. It will probably eat the plecos as well.

I've seen an Oscar eat a pleco that was over twice its size.. The pleco hung out fo the Oscar's mouth for a few days until it was fully digested.
I also saw an Oscar eat Tiger barbs that were larger than it was..

Just because oscar and pleco have cohabitated peacefully doesn't mean it will stay that way. My O would try to pluck the pleco off the glass about once a month and they had been together for a year.

yea I have already said I have ditched the tiger barb idea, gonna see how it goes with the bristlenose, and go with the bichirs, synos
