given that how rare this aro in my area, i'm allowed to be very very excited...

Not to be disagreeable with the other members, but from the slimmer body shape and coloration I'd say you picked up a very nice Black Aro. Congrats!
 
Congrats!!! It looks like a black to me?!?!

Never realized that Black Aros are hard to get in Indo.? Why is that? Interesting.....would you say that they are harder to get than asian aros?

It's definitely a close one. I sat here for a while looking at it, Just seems a little too thick near the tail section, but then again I dno how big he is. Also just looks a little pale in the fins. Possibly stress dress? Either way enjoy it! If it is a silver you'll still have fun with it.
 
its a stressed black, give him some time to show his colors and fix his fins.
