After several attempts, I have now officially been smoke free for a week and counting.

Great Job, let us know in a year. I smoked for 8 years then quit for 4 years. Smoke again for 2 years then quit now for 3 years now. Numerous time in btw trying to quit back in forth, lol, I know it hard. But the times I did quit I didnt even take drags.

Man I have been trying to kick it for some time, been smoking for 18 years,i have tried the patch,pills, more pills, electric therapy, and cold turkey, the sad thing is I am addicted,i sometimes wish I could be locked away for a month with no choice in the matter lol

yeah it finally hit me that i have been smoking since I was 13 non stop. I do NOT want my kids to be smoking at 13 either.
Ya I feel you man, my wife has been hounding me about it aswell, she tells me (if you stop smoking imagine how much more money you could put in to your big tank) she has stoped with the whole your killing yourself thing lol

haha thats funny. My wife is trying to say no more animals...but I think as a present to myself these polys will do just fine!
