i was a smoker for 13 yrs.... here is how i quit.... 1st mnth smoked half a cig but cutting the front end... the the next month from half of the cig i used to only mouth smoke only the last few drags of the half and eventually only mouth *** for few days.... the trick is to avoid having attachments of after food, sex, coffee, shower etc etc..... and the restroom smoking.... if you can do these i am sure eventually u will just chuck it off.... this has worked with few of my frnds after me.... so goood luck with that....
it aint worth it just killing urself and making some profit for the industrial sharks....
