finding gamefish

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I will not keep them all at once. I would honestly just want a yellow, black and brown bullhead. I would put them in my 180 unless they are territorial, then I would get them later on when I had a big enough tank. My main focus is a black bullhead and the Sacramento perch (which I will get this July hopefully.)

I think you will be happy with just your current bullhead. No reason to get a black bullhead. Multiple bullheads in a tank will produce lot of wastes and they are very greedy eaters.

I think you would like a sauger, they change color with a camo pattern to match the rocks and they do sit on the bottom which is a good thing for a fish in a aquarium, they do swim around too. They don't get as big as a walleye and they grow pretty slow. Your going to need to feed it live food though.

Where could I get a fallfish? I won't get one right now, but I was wondering about having a couple of them in my new aquarium. I still have a bullhead catfish though so I would need one the size of my catfish (6-7in).

I do not know where to put an update of how my native aquarium is doing since I was going to make a thread about my tank so I do not keep posting questions.

+1 my 4" yellow dirties up my 14 gallon quarantine tank to where I'm doing water changes every 2-3 days!
