Finished Adding Red Sand

I know its manufactured for aquariums which would mean its fairly safe to use(no leaching chems, low particle count, etc.) would this type of sand work well for invertebrates? Are you confident that there will be none to low detrimental effects in the long run(to both fish/inverts)?

i have black silica sand...witch i am asuming this is a red verstion of...that looks good btw...and i have had ghost shrimp breeding in there until they all got eatten...i have a vid in the aro media loung...with diff. fish that have been in with it since day one...just rinse it out REALLY good as there is a lot of dust on it...

i had black tahitian moon sand now switched and never assume my bro :)
 
have you noticed any color difference in your bichir yet hao?
 
not yet only been 2 week,Earl said 3 weeks or longer,my endlis are getting lighter :D
