looks like you just ran a line off a $10 aqua lifter pump up to the bottom of the upside down tank.

You will notice that I have positioned something in the water that I used to control the air flow, thats hard to see...
Being hard to see took me a long time to get to...it's no accident.

Perhaps there is a 3rd way to do what I am doing that I didnt think of?
anyway, the only pump I own is the underwater pond pump I got at manards that I got to run water to my new barrel filter that WOLF helped me design...

It's not a very big pond, you cant really compare it to others i see here on the forum that are huge and have all sorts of things.
I just wanted my pond to be interesting, to be something that most people that visit my house will have never seen the likes of before.
90% of the people that I have over to my house will have never seen an indoor pond before it their lives.
The few people who might have will never have seen a aquarium sitting in the middle of a pond before.
Add to this the fact the aquarium is upside down?...I think thats something that every person I waill have over for a visit will never have seen before.
Most people will be stumped as to how Im able to fill it with water and keep it from running out?
(even my brother, Who thinks he knows everything, was unsure this idea would work)
The way I have air flowing into the pond's upside down aquarium without it lowering the water level is also a puzzle to many people who know lots about keeping fish in aqauriums.
But the final goal I have in mind is to have about the first truly connected Indoor/Outdoor pond!
I have done a search and so far I have not really seen anyone attempt to build a connected indoor-outdoor pond in the manner I plan with this design.
Oh, if anyone knows of a connected indoor/outdoor pond, Please let me know, Im interested in getting ideas!
Im not sure yet of the interesting things I will do to the outdoor pond yet, to make it unlike all other outdoor ponds...LOL
