Finnex Heater Question

I was going to try and keep the turtle pond around 80 since theyre still little. So what should i set them at. I see the logic there. Makes sense.

I would set one at 82 and one at 78 and watch for a few days to see what the temperature is staying at and just adjust accordingly

Sounds like a good idea to me. So one will keep the water at 78 and shut off when it gets there, while the other kicks on to add some additional juice, and will run when the temps under 82. Awesome

I run these with the built on thermostat. I wired 3 into a Ranco so I have back up protection.

Haha darn... I should have went with two heaters and two controllers haha. Nah i think ill be fine!

Not sure im sold on these 500 watt built in thermostat heaters.

They cycle on and off very quickly. Just to try it, i set them both at 84. Went downstairs and found my pond at 80.8, neither of them were heating.
