My first two reached just over 8" so not massive. Yes they do keep those colours. It is difficult to get an unblurred picture as the flash washes out the colour.

Channa sp. fire&ice / Ice fire (depending on the retailer!)
Channa sp. Blue moon galaxy / Galaxy blue etc (again depending on where you go)
They are both said to possibly be a Stewartii variant.
Me,,, I say get BOTH! 
But if I had to narrow it down to just one species,,, I'd go with the 'Galaxy Moon Blue'.
