Are those super large clown loaches? I know CL grown to a big size, but I've ever seen CL in captive tank. any idea how old they are?
I have a 24inch fire eel living with 13 clown loaches of varying sizes 3 inch to 10inch they all live in the same piece of pipe crammed in together. I have no problem feeding as the fire eel sits at the surface and hand feeds, only managed to get one clown loach hand feeding so competition is not a problem

hellcat, it's your call. There's always danger putting certain fish together but in most cases I would think they'd be fine. Like already stated, just make sure there's plenty of hiding spots and you should be good.
