Close to 40" I'd say, she barely squeezes in a 4" pvc pipe. The deepest part of the wound looks bad but it's starting to close on the ends. Acting normal again and eating like a pig.

Glad to hear! My eel got tagged in the belly shortly after your's , but my guy didn't make it , he hung on for 3 weeks , and the wound looked like it was getting better but apparently not. He was about 30"
