I keep mine in a 20 with 7 khuli loaches and two african dwarf frogs which he actually plays with sometimes. i've had him for about 8 months and he's grown from 4 to 9 inches. fixing to move him into a 55 with knife fish & other oddballs
i know a 75 is my next size for him. i'll get one soon. I'm unable to put a tank that size where i live right now.. but his 20 is heavily planted with plenty of ornaments & he enjoys it. also i took out the frogs
