Spaska was 20cm when I got her, one year ago. Now she is more like 50cm, and as fat as a fire eel can get. She would only eat fish, so that's what she gets. Once every two days. Here is the most recent video of my wife feeding my fish.

I have a 20" Fire Eel in a 125 gal. with a 10" Marble Goby and a 2" Blue Convict. I will post some pictures when I get time to take some.

My fire eel is about 1.5 ft in length
It only wants to eat market prawns and ghost shrimps.
It also knows how to beg for food and will take food out of your hand.
