Fire eel won't accept food

Nope not available as well...
I am trying one thing first before I use any kind of meds:
I added my two Pantherinus which are about the same size.
Maybe other spiny eels will help this wild caught specimen to settle in and copy their behaviour.

Maybe it’s stressed from the other eels. There will be territorial issues and squabbles. Maybe a little separation and direct feeding maybe an option.

That's what I tried the other eels are in the tank since yesterday.
I see. Is the original medication you link available? If so then try it.

try blood worms mine ate tht first day I got him and he let me hand feed him in a week
blood worms should be good make sure they land by him

Fish meds can deplete oxygen in the tank, so if it was already low that may have caused the deaths

Nah that doesn't make sense.
The level of oxygen does not really matter to gouramis sind they breath air from the surface.

They just dropped down, flipped over and died.
This is the sign of poisoning!

Quick water change ASAP. Will have to look into the active meds.

I already removed all the gouramis since only they were showing signs of a poisoning.
The other fish look fine, I am sitting around 2 hours next to the tank observing if anything changes.
