Fire Eel

Even over here in HK fire eels are quite rare... Seems not many people want to stock these fish probably coz they also come from Asia...

^ i know, but Singapore is still part of Asia... Which is why im guessing not many store can be bothered stocking said fish

How big is he??? But basically you can try cut up prawn / blood worms / chopped up mussels etc...

Be warned though, they are finky eaters and will probably take you a while to get him eating dead foods unless hes already trainned to do so...

Otherwise freshwater shrimp make for good live feed, and quarantined feeders if you must go that route...

So far mine ignores any kind of cut up seafoods or frozen worms or even brine shrimp. However it loves live blackworms and small earthworms.

^ if small enough they would eat bloodworms, and guppies i would say yes, if they were bungry enough...
