IME breeding cons are more aggressive than breeding firemouths! and firemouths look very nice!
but you can do what i do for the cons to make it more interesting! try 3 black cons and 3 pink cons! so then if you gett a pair 1black 1 pink half the babies are black half are pink! and i think it makes it a lil more interesting! and i personally think pink cons look nicer than black cons!

If you go with cons., try to get some Honduran "Red Point" Blue cons. I have pair and they get a much more blue tint that regulars. Jeff Rapps usually has them.
