at 24"-27" upgrade to 1800g

After 2.5 months in 1800gal and having added a couple inches and having started to test taste tank mates, the duo goes to 4500gal:

5 weeks in the 4500: mixed result so far

It has taken Twig, the smaller firewood, 2 full months but he fed very well the last feeding, which I didn't film. Here is he 2 days after the feeding with still a nice bulge:

Such finicky, difficult to feed fish in our hands.

Fed well this time:

3 feet at 1.5yo
moved to the 25K

6 months, still haven't fed in the 25K, so difficult

They still didn't eat, at least I didn't see it. I threw in 9 lbs of herring after today's feeding of 18 lbs, turned off the lights and left. Never did it before like that. We'll see if this changes anything. I doubt it. Something bothers them. The smaller one has been slowly developing gill curl on both gills on the top. Is this a sign of impaired breathing? They got visibly thinner. The only other one that doesn't feed in the tank is the corruscans. All others feed.
