sounds like I'm in the exact same situation just a couple days behind you. I lost all but 6 eggs to fungus. Those 6 are now moving with egg sacs attached.

I finally had sucess with them eating the eg yolk...the parents laid another batch this morning, but it appears their taking better care of these. Im hoping to move the babies to another spare ten gal tonite, so i can give this one a good cleaning. Is it ok to move them throuh siphon tube? Or too risky? Whats the best way to move fry?

Had to upgrade filtration, lost a couple babies and i didnt relise how quick water could foul....im running two sponges and a cheap 10 gal filter with spong on intake....their now in a spare twn gal with lots of snails....i never see more than 3 at a time but im sure their in the plants somewhere......as for the new batch of eggs im going to leave them with the parents, as their actually removing dead eggs this go around. This thread may turn into a beginner comparison between the two methods.

So i now have wigglers on my second batch, and the parents moved them from the leaf they were on to a completly diff leaf. As for the first batch i havent seen babies in a bit so either their hiding in the plants or didnt make it....hopefully the parent raised fry will be more successful
