Some observations I had, which hopefully you won't mind me mentioning...
1) I see that you've banked up/sloped substrate in the corners, if you wish to maintain these slopes and avoid it flattening over time; it could be prudent to invest in substrate supports, which basically are little slots of plastic.
2) If you don't have one, a drop checker is a great idea (and cheap) to monitor your co2 levels, aiming for a green colour to indicate ph around 7 and below; (avoid yellow)
3) I'd remove the plant at the back corners, it's not elodea; can't remember its exact name, but in the past i've found it to break up easily over time, clogging everything and ruining tank aesthetics.
4) Did you establish the tank bacteria by cycling?
