Well went out yesterday morning got into my spot nice and quiet before the sun came up and after about 45mins i looked over and had this 4pt and another deer coming right in. This guy hit my scent where i walked in....He knew something wasnt right but it was to late. Arrow went in behind the shoulder and came out threw his junk. He only made in 20yards.

ur lucky u didnt hit his junk.

nice shot. alittle low but effective none the less.

How did that shot happen? I went out this weekend but didn't see anything. Everyone else did but I didn't. Oh well, probably going back around Halloween.

Messy shot but it certainly got the job done!

Deer is at the butchers since the weather is just to warm for me to get it done fast enough. Yeah it could of been a better shot and i think defection caused it to go out that way. I went out after i shot this guy to a different spot and had 4 does come in but the wind was swirling all over the place and they were alittle on edge. They only came in at 40yards and each time they came in they stayed behind brush and i could get the shot. Oh well thats hunting.

Nice bow. Too bad its not a Bowtech :popcorn:I killed a 8 pointer in 08 and hit him pretty far back but he still fell within 40 yards. Sometimes the messy shots work just as well, I was just curious because if it weren't for deflection you would have had to shoot him nearly straight on lol.
