First catfish

I am new to monster catfish and was wondering what would be the best catfish that can live in a 140 gallon tank for life.

a bullhead would be good (14-16"max size), i have some wild caught ones that are growing out. what type of cichlids would be the tank mates?
some cats will feed on smaller ones
