Upset... no way. Before adding a fish with an aggressive tankmate is when you decide to take a chance or not. So I am not upset at all, just trying to find a way to combine fish I enjoy all in the same tank..... Mixing Combos

Update... I got home and the poor lil guy had more damage to him and was as stiff as a nail. My wife said she would see the lil guy try to swim upright and every here and there Mr. Armatus would take shots at him.
When I seen him in the morning, he had 3 nasty gashes. When I got home, he had a total of 7 gashes just as bad as the first 3. My guess is he didnt like that lil one cause I moved the2nd Juvi Geo and kept the origional 2 bigger Geos... Mr.Armatus dont pay much mind to them.

Im still keeping on my toes and now that I actually started starving him since the Large feeder he ate on Thanksgiving, I would imagine he might get real aggressive now (DB... had to show the Family how he eats, plus wanted to see if my Orino had a chance right now)

He has not even touched a scale on the 8" Aro.... he is in 100% condition (KNOCK ON WOOD)

I got tired of him. he was to boring. Except feeding time of course, other than that he just stood in one place (at night he would cruise but it was still boring).
And yes I did get a good amount. I did sell him at a good price (dam good) but I got what I was asking...650.00+ the 2 baby Geos

If it make you feel any better I lost ANOTHER Armatus this weekend. Down to 2.

Stupid bastard jumped the divider and thought he'd kick it with the bigg Odoes and bigg rays. I tried for 2 days to catch him.... Yeah right. Armatus, pond, never happen. Went down to feed last night.... Looked like glitter was dumped in there (scales)

Don't know if it was the Odoes or "Darkness". IF it was indeed the Odoes I think I'de be able to tell by the marks..... So I'm leaning towards that friggin big oger ****** "Darkness". She's on thin ice. Scarred ray, dead Armatus, and mean to other rays at feeding time. She might just wind up in the classified here real fast.

I believe this is someone trying to tell me I was NEVER meant to have an Armatus.

Lesson learned....... Armatus ARE feeders for rays..... UNLESS the Armatus is much larger than the ray.

That sucks!!! Loosing an Armatus compared to a Geo... No compatition. Geos all the way.... SIKE... Armatus all the way. Well atleast you know which are your favorites now

My Armatus finally took some deadly shots at my Geos
I have a total of 4pcs with my Armatus and everything was great. Then I sold the Goliath and got rid of the Gold Wolf and the Armatus has picked up his sack. He has been harrasing this one Geo and this morning I woke up to him with a nasty hole on one side of his gills and another nasty hole on top of his head. Not to mention his eye got poked pretty bad and has a few scratches on his body and a little hole under his body.

I have had a few MFKers over and they all say I have Geo Sirrementus (sorry cant spell)... the Red ones, including the 2 smaller ones I got.
This guy is not dead yet but is laying down breathing hard and sturggling to swim up-right. Hope he pulls through
