First Flowerhorn and CA cichlids

Can't make out the exact strain of your FH, but visually it looks like a patternless 'ZZ' with a bright base colour like a 'fader' with great amount of pearls thrown on its body! It'll be a stunner for sure..... and I won't be surprised if it grows up to be something very different than what it is now! Good luck!

Another vote for patternless ZZ . As you suggest he`ll probably change as he ages so we`ll just have to wait.
