We can't even see our 9th planet nor other planets in other systems but they have a picture of this.

The image isn't fake, it was constructed from data collected by multiple radio telescopes.

One is in Hawaii and another is in England(opposite sides of the planet). Could not have been combined. Also data is different then a picture.
