You'll really like the Lyonsi!! I just got one about a week ago and he is soo cool! Very active, not to aggressive and is an absolute pig! LOL
I'm keeping a close eye on mine as his stomach has swollen and he's hangin out towards the surface,..he
looks like he needs to take a massive sh*t but can't,..

Any ideas on whats up w/ him?

awesome lil trimac, i have a male and female that also came from Rapps, i had to seperate them even at a small size they were at war, the female is pushing 5 inches now and the male is around 4, really starting to color up nicely, you cant go wrong with them :)

Thanxs,..no luck keeping them together huh? Wonder if I'll have probs, i think my tank is ok for him, maybee
too small for anymore,..dunno.

SUPER NICE T-MAC.
.. can he dunk?

nope, didnt have much luck with that, the female, just grew so fast, she became aggressive towards anything that was in her tank, but held a special grudge for my male, i have moved him into his own tank to get up to size or at least try to hold a pace with her so i can have hopes of fry one day

My pair live in a tank alone and are fine, they even breed with no dividers and I leave fry with them for a few months afterwards,They are very good parents a thing of beauty watching the female boss the male around playing house, while she gathers hundreds of fry up a few at a time and gets them all in one corner.
Now when there are no fry and they aren't breeding, the male sometimes plays rough but she don't back down, nothing serious just some lip locking.
