So put some of the livebearers ive been raising in as dithers/feeders.
The polys seem to appreciate the company.
Not hungry yet.. (had worms yesterday)

Thats the plan after all. The mixed livebearers are all guppy sized and the 20 or so that i put in barely made a dent in their numbers in the breeding tank.

Well somebody hit up the buffet last night. 20 + feeders in there yesterday less than 10 today. I think it was the firemouth though
So the story behind these guys is ive wanted them for a while but in my wifes opinion i was maxxed out on tanks allowed. 4 (space is limited) . So i swapped out my turtles(3 eastern painted and 2 common snappers) for these guys and so far im happy with the swap.
So the first batch of feeders is gone. Last one went last night. The senegals have however now begun to actively patrol the tank. But still stay up off the bottom.
