Most definitely. My only concern with keeping a school of Clowns is that I'm unsure of whether or not they can cohab in this tank at lengths of 8"+. My bio load is already quite high, but I'll probably end up getting a small school of them anyways.

As long as they aren't too small they should be just fine. Clowns are kept in with many large cichlids and survive no problem. Don't forget they can get to be 12". With an good diet which I am sure you will provide, no to mention tons of snails to gorge on they will grow at a descent rate. Not the same as your Oscars, but enough to keep from becoming a snack.
