... here is the box so far its 1 1/8 thick ply with screws every 2 inches and waterproof wood glue on the joints. inside measurements are 88x28t x30deep. i took pictures on my phone so i am hoping the quality is ok. let me know what you think
i built the viewing window border out of 4 separate pieces then doubled up with another sprip of wood (i was not wanting to pay another $40 for a full sheet that i would cut most of it out later) i hope it doesnt bite me in the butt in the long run.

the zavlar is what i will seal it with and yes ross i will admit you are a genius i am going to seal the glass in your way. witch is the best way i have seen or heard of so far, im still waiting for a picture from you so i know what your talking about for sure... stocking will be my colony of wild caught geo. dicrozoster 2 fronts that i have in my 150 now and im trying to find a couple rays
