First saltwater set-up help

Size matters less than bio-load and what you are trying to do.

I like my simple "berlin-style" reef.

I would recommend it on any tank with a heavy bio-load because otherwise you end up with a layer of skum on the top of your tank. Its inevitable in my mind/experince.

The good news is that if you just want a simple system (like the "berlin" that I have) all you need for filtration is a skimmer.

Ok first you'll need

lighting" suggest aqua corallife lunar(i think thats right but its good for 33gal)

Skimmer: You'll need octopus skimmers work gr8t

Filter: make a sump best route

Live rock: 30-45lbs will be good

Powerhead: Korilia is good

Heater: 50 watt rena smart

Substrate: Caribbean sea argonite

Fish: go to liveaquaria.com and look some you like up and find info

Other wise I suggest 1 clown and maybe a couple gobies or blennies or just a school of blue green chromis\

Also you should dose your corals to get best results here is a good site on it!(http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-02/rhf/index.php#4)
