1018 gallons i change 100 gallons a day but im thinking of uping it to 150 or 200 a day because i want to change at least 100% a week especially with the rays in there.
I went to the store and bought a bunch of fresh shrimp, my male ray ate 2 whole ones and my female ate 1 whole one and i chopped one up to try and get the arow to eat but he wouldnt take any. None of the stores within a 100 miles of me sell arow sticks so ill have to order some for him. I fed goldfish last night for the gar so im hoping maybe the arow ate some of them after the lights went off.

Eventually he'll probably start eating. I rescued a silver a while back from a LFS. She was in bad shape and wouldn't eat for about 2 weeks! She finally stated going for the Hikari jumbo floating sticks and has been good ever since. Persistence overcomes resistance...good luck with your Aro!!

Cool thanks for the input. I figured he would eventually get hungry enough to where he will start eating just the waiting game gets frustrating sometimes. The clown knife finally ate today which made me happy. He came from the same person and the ray i got ate that night so i wasnt worried about her. Rays seem to take the transporting much better than any of the other large fish i have noticed.
