First sump questions

So that tank blew up and I got myself a 220g with dual overflows to replace it (currently under leak test). I’m still as lost as I was before I started this thread with this setup. It will be in my living room so I want as quiet as possible. 3/4” bulkhead size on all holes.

So far my idea is to have downspout/intake on each, a relief pipe on one and the return coming from the 4th.

A 2" will handle the entire flow of my Jebao 20000 without a siphon formed. A 1.5" will handle the entire flow of my Jebao 20000 with a siphon and the 1.5" has to be restricted to keep a bit of flow going through the 2" for noise. The Jebao 20000 pumps a LOT of water. I usually run it at about 70% and balance the 1.5" for this flow rate. BUT it is good to know that if the 1.5" gets plugged the 2" will handle the entire flow of the Jebao 20000 running at 100%.
