First time keeping asian Arro any tips?

Has anyone else noticed that the 2 pics are of 2 different aquariums? The plants don't match from one to the other.

LOL, good eye. $45 for a fish that size? Not even in their native country buddy

So, can I get one of those "permits" here in the US?
