Ugh. Our shipping experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. USPS was supposed to deliver by 10:30 this am, but they got delayed last night supposedly by FedEx as they use FedEx planes, and apparently live animals/fish get delayed sometimes due to random reasons like weather? Ice on a plane? I don't know what she said honestly because all that was registering is that they were not yet in my city, and all I could think about was them freezing or suffocating or sitting in ammonia.

Hopefully I'll get them tomorrow but I'm really concerned they won't make it. Poor little fish. What ****ty luck on my first shipping experience. So many people do it without problem. :(

Frank has been fantastic through this thing but I can guarantee he's also probably done shipping fish now. It was such a nice offer and effort on his part and here's how it ended up. I don't understand - these are live creatures they're dealing with, and there is a GUARANTEE for it to arrive at a certain time mostly for that reason. Why would you delay them?

Sorry to tack all of this onto an old thread. I guess I should have started my own... Sorry.

This really really sucks. I couldnt find out anything with the 1800 number. Im sorry that your going through this. I really tried my best with the packaging. I was hoping you could avoid the min order with cota..i.dont care about the cost of the fish was just happy to get them to someone that appreciates them as much as i do. Im hoping we get a refund on the shipping, if so i'll send u a couple more no charge

We WILL get a shipping refund. Don't apologize - you've done nothing wrong, and have done nothing but go way out of your way to be awesome and to facilitate my happiness in Het ownership. :) I am still hoping that maybe maybe they will be OK.
